Configuring the E-mailer Service

Studio Enterprise 3.1

After completing the installation of Studio Enterprise you should configure the E-mailer service. This service is used to send emails for Bluebeam Studio, including:

  • Email validation for new accounts
  • Session and Project invites
  • Lost Password Requests
  • Daily Activity Updates
  • Markup Alert Notifications’
  • Session expiration/archive notifications

The E-mailer Service tab in the Bluebeam Studio Administrator allows you to specify the SMTP server information and credentials that Studio Enterprise uses to dispatch emails.

Select Enable E-mail Notifications, then enter the necessary information for your SMTP server and click “Send Test E-mail” to verify everything is working, then click Apply and OK.
